Thanking you for your prayers...

Here is an email I received from Deacon Tony concerning his sister, Colleen:

Dear Friends,

My sister phoned me with the great news that she tested negative for Hepatitis C. She will undergo follow-up tests at 3 and 6 months as a matter of safety. Furthermore, the blood tests of the Hep C patient she initially saw have returned negative for HIV, AIDS, and other viral diseases. We thank God for all.

 

Many thanks to each and everyone of you for your prayers on Colleen's behalf. Most especially, I join Colleen in thanking all the priests who offered the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass for her. While the general outpouring of love through prayers deeply moved Colleen, knowing that priests offered sacrifice to God on her behalf brought her to tears, copious tears. Never underestimate the intersessory power of prayer: when the Church Militant joins the Church Triumphant in one voice, we win.
