Calling for recipes!

I have a few things I am making to stick in the freezer, but I have limited freezer space (thanks to this spring's "dispatching" of a hog and a steer, not to mention my stockpile of butter), so I am also looking for easy, tasty recipes that are quick to toss together and contain no exotic/prohibitively expensive ingredients--as much as I adore lobster and Portability mushrooms. You can post them here, or email them to me at nadjamagdalena-at-gmail-dot-com. I find cooking postpartum the toughest part of having a new baby, so I will be very grateful!

  1. ooops! sorry I plum forgot! I'll get right on it!--In the meantime-use yur 9X13 pans-line with foil (extra spilling out over the edges) and make your dinners in them-freeze and then pop out the "bricks"-wrap with the excess foil, label WITH reheating instructions and then slide them back in-very little space is taken up and your pans are still available to you-just pop your brick back in it's pan before thawing! I'll send you some good easy ones!

  2. I don't know if you're stll looking for recipes, as this post was written in 2009, but if you want to pop over to fatdormouse.blogspot.com there are a lot of recipes/links there as I work my way through a new recipe book I received for Christmas. I like the look of some of your recipes too.
