Would have liked for the weather to be a bit more spring-like on this feast day, but it is cold and rainy and nasty, like February sneaking back in through an open window. Still, a big meal, a dessert for the kids, a Netflix movie to watch and a light day of school make it feel a bit more festive. In lieu of the Stations of the Cross, we will pray the Joyful Mysteries of the rosary tonight.
Thank you, Blessed Mother, for your Fiat; teach me to be ever ready to give your Son my own.
