Five in two days. I am not a professional, and my boys' cuts will never be mistaken for professional cuts. This is one of the reasons I was ready to do a happy-dance when I found out my last baby was to be a girl.
Gabriel's look of horror is not so much at my cutting his hair (he's used to that by now), but at his sister's taking a shot of him wearing the Flying Saucer, as we refer to it.
SOOO FUNNY!! I'm laughing so hard over here at "the flying saucer"! I can't wait to show my husband :) I do all the male haircuts over here too!!
ReplyDeleteI need a "flying saucer!"
ReplyDeleteI have a cape but that flying saucer looks soooo much better. Do tell us where you got it!
ReplyDeletelol. well thats opposite for me. my boys i just periodically bald wih clippers. they look good even with no hair so i can't mess up. but my dd's there is no way that i can successfully trim them. I end up taking them to the hairdressers
ReplyDeleteThat's amazing (and hilarious)! I cut my husband's hair (yeorg) and the "flying saucer" would be awesome :-D.
ReplyDeleteI used to cut my first son's hair when he was a baby and toddler. My husband finally asked me to stop doing it and start paying for haircuts! love, Beth
ReplyDeleteGREAT picture, Una!! Makes me think of a Norman Rockwell painting. And I've always thought your boys' haircuts look very nice, Nadja. Must be the artist in you! :)
ReplyDeleteI will whack on my own hair, and I will trim bangs, but I would be terrified to give a "real" haircut! You've been in my thoughts, and I hope you are well. God bless...
ReplyDeletegreat shot!
