Never ask me where I've found these things...I couldn't tell you! I sometimes stumble across them on other blogs, sometimes I do Google image searches. I save them, put them on a disc and use them for all kinds of things. I can't remember where this one came from. I've had it for a couple of years!
Ah, yes. Dust we were, and dust we shall one day be. Until the Resurrection on the Last Day, of course. I said those very words (those in the posted image) a couple hundred times yesterday whilst distributing blessed ashes, and each time was a reminder of my own mortality. That's something we don't often like to think about, but then, Lent gets us thinking about a number of things we don't often like to think about (for example, our daily crosses and the idea of redemptive suffering).
