1) I am about 3/4 of the way done with a sweater for Gemma, which I started only two weeks ago. Since I don't have any time to knit except in the van and in the evening after dinner and rosary, this is pretty good!
2) I worked out a chore chart of sorts for the kids. I know, I know...I should have had one in place years ago, but they never used to debate about whose turn it was to do this or that. I don't have everything on the chart, but it is a start, and I can add to it as need be.
3) I moved uploaded a bunch of photos to Snapfish to order prints, and then removed the photos from my computer to memory sticks. I always do this with a sense of relief, as we lost the photos not only of Gabriel's birth, but also of his baptism. I will never allow such a calamity again!
I wish I could say I was finally done with the seasonal clothing change, but I always dread it so much, and this year I am having an especially tough time motivating myself. I find myself pulling a couple of things at a time out of the bins as needed for spring and slowly piling up winter stuff in my workroom. When I run out of space in there, I suppose my hand will be forced and I will have to complete the despicable task.

i don't have the stamina for chore charts either. i try but they never work out. i just assign chores per day/as needed/per person
ReplyDeleteWow on your photo success. I'm awful at uploading them and ordering prints. I have thousands of pictures that need to be printed. In fact, I just lost 30 minutes of my life trying to select and place an order for 5 prints for my daughters school project. Have a wonderful week! You've inspired me to start chipping away at my backlog of photos that need to be printed.
ReplyDeleteI'm coming up on a year since I last printed any photos! What a big project!
ReplyDeleteWhat a GREAT list. Very inspirational for me, even with a new baby due within days? weeks? Bless you for inspiring me to keep going!!
ReplyDeleteMuch love!
